On-site repairs 
If remote support is impossible, our engineers always arrive with a full range of hot-swap parts in addition to the usual spare-parts kit, even loan equipment.  In this way, we ensure that in most cases, the issue will be resolved after the first visit.

Guaranteed response-and-fix times 
Available for a wide range of products, including PCs, notebooks, servers, printers and networking equipment. Our response times are maximums and arrival on site is often quicker. To help you plan your way out of any disruption, we always try to give you an accurate time-to-fix forecast.

Service Packages
